Student HLTENN007 Administer and monitor medicines and intravenous medication Part 1 of 2 (Semester 2) HLT54115 Diploma of Nursing ASSESSMENT TASK 1 – QUESTIONING Task 1 – Questionin g Students are required to answer all the questions correctly in Assessment Task 1 – Research Task Responses to the questions should be typed It is important to proof read your answer paper, to avoid grammar and spelling mistakes Please use only APA format of referencing. Do not copy and paste text from any of the online sources. SCEI has a strict plagiarism policy and students who are found guilty of plagiarism, will be penalized Write your name, student ID, the assessment task and the name of the unit of competency on each piece of paper you attach to this assessment document Students are required to submit this assessment on Moodle by the due date. After the due date, the link for uploading the assessment will no longer be visible. If an extension is required, a student must email the trainer requesting for an extension. Extensions will only be granted for extraordinary circumstances with proper evidence. Once an extension has been granted, a new deadline will be granted and the link will be reopened for submission and will remain active until the new due date. Due Date The trainer/assessor will inform you of the due date. The Assessment Task This task requires the student to complete a written response knowledge assessment involving response questions. The student is expected to respond to all aspects of each question and case study. In some cases, direction is provided on the expected length of the response. These assessments will require a Short , Medium or Long response.
