Boston matrix (BCG) focuses on product within the firm product range. GE matrix focuses on company’s SBUs (strategic business unit). TOWS matrix evaluate on the basis of Internal and External factor of company resource and competitive position. SPACE matrix evaluates the company’s FS, CA, ES, and IS. 2. If the company debt is Zero the company has positive strength if yes why or why not? No, 3. Economy of scale, economy of scope, and learning experience curve effect these are cost reducing advantage. How these approaches can reduce the cost? Ans. Economies of scale is achieved by producing more and thus reducing the per unit cost Learning experience curve reduce variable cost by experience in performing particular tasks efficiently.
