Mission Statement Tym 2 Disco aims to provide a clubbing experience aimed STRICTLY at the 18+ year old age group. Our events will be reflective of the current club scene with a wide ranging music policy. We are a genuine club experience, not a rave and we reserve the right of admission at all of our events. Tym 2 Disco aims to provide a positive club experience for all people in the 18+ age group and exclusion from any of our events will be permanent. The geographic area for our advertising will be : Karachi Current Marketing Situation An overview of the market: The conventional discos are not very popular in Karachi, in fact all over the country. As far as Karachi is concerned, there are a couple of discos but they are not offering products which are supposed to be provided in a particular disco. Our disco is going to provide bar, dance floor, snooker, bowling, variety of fast food, wireless internet facility, movie theatre for 100 people maximum. Market segmentation to choose target market: The market for this disco club is all the Karachiites who are basically people of the upper, upper-middle and middle class who want to try out something new, hot and happening. They are people who love spending good time and fun. Segmenting of consumers will be done in 3 areas: Age: The survey result showed that people between the groups 18-29 were enthusiastic about the product. Thus 18-29 is going to be the age group that should be targeted. Lifestyle: “Tym 2 Disco” will be popular amongst people, who would like to try out something new, or have the courage to spice up their lives. Thus they would most likely be innovators and achievers . Income: Income plays an important role while establishing a disco club, as price ranges should be within the range of most people. Here, we are going to serve at Rs.499- Rs.1999 per head. Competitor’s Analysis: As this is a new project, it will definitely face some competition from a couple of established disco clubs, but it will be of no great threat to our project as already existing disco clubs are not offering many products and services.
