Unit 4 IP 3 Abstract I will explain the governments first significant attempt of the government to promote uniformity in commercial law from uses of the constitution. I will cover the difference in the UCC and the UCITA how they are related and how they differ. Finally, I will define the believed reason the drafters of the UCITA chose to make it a separate act.

Unit 4 IP 5 commerce was the "Commerce Clause" from the U.s constitution. This clause gave the government the power to control businesses and any interactions between any and all parties. This covered all from highways, and radios to telephones and watercourse also all the way to employment and discrimination.
