Its not a good planning predictor Look at instore sales to find losers and winners and rectify mistakes Old Stalwarts die. Need to renovate. Seriously consider costs associated with rejuvenation. Minimal Reinvestment may be desirable in some circumstances south west The power of low prices and simplicity of operation The power of niche strategy Seek dedicated employees Beware Comprmising a stellar reputation
