Explain if it matters that a parent literally had nothing to do with a biological child in order for the child to take advantage of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to care for that parent. I think Tony is very dedicated employee at work, therefore is not that he wants to leave his responsibilities on the side, it is because he has some kind of feelings to that loved one who needs him in that moment and it is because sometimes people when they have missed something or someone in their life feel or they have to fill that need to keep going and no one have to question it. 2. Explain whether the size of the business can have any effect on whether Tony is eligible for family leave under the FMLA.
