The IT department is improving its capabilities by upgrading its CRM. The five variables for the hardware replacement project are time, cost, scope, quality, and risk. There are many things that should be taken into consideration that can affect the final outcome of the project. I will explain different ways to avoid risks that will affect the final project. The following should be taken into consideration in order to anticipate the necessary options to complete the project. Risk assessment, planning work, and work organization are all important project management activities to be taken into consideration. Also, getting material, human resources, task assignment, action directions, supervising the project, progress reports, and reviewing the outcomes are important project activities that need to be done. Time is the first variable I will discuss. Time is important in order to get the project implemented by or before the deadline. Several steps can be taken to reach a final deadline including a time line of steps needed to take to complete the final project. Those that are in charge of estimating and planning the time it takes to complete the project is project management. Once all data on time is collected that final project date should be very easy to calculate.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
