Some of the key challenges facing my department is overstocking products that are not frequently purchased and
under stocking on products that are being purchased frequently. In other words we have to much of what they aren't
buying and too little of what they are buying.

Executive Briefing addressing what your department can do to right the ship.
Heck, I can't wait that long. I need a Reply from each of you RIGHT NOW. In your RSVP for tomorrow's meeting, give

How would you rate your Overall Satisfaction with this Airline?
I am very satisfied with the airlines service from the pre-check in form that I filled out online to the quick action of the
ticket person to get me on another flight after my previous one was canceled. Also the pre-check in information
followed me to my new flight which was a plus because they were right there with the meal and drink of my choice.
Plus the reward program looks amazing.
Reservation Experience?
Again reserving the flight was very exceptional. All I had to do was fill out a quick form and when I checked in at the
desk all of my information was ready.

In Flight Meals?
The in flight meal was just what I wanted and ready by the time I sat down.
