ART MOVIE REVIEW MARCH OF THE PENGUINS Artur Yasyulevich Fall 2010 For this review I have chosen to something fairy popular and one film that I have seen several times and very much enjoyed. It is the March of the Penguins directed by Luc Jacquet , it’s a great appreciation of art with one great image after the next. One of directors of the film claims that “he wants to give us new, original images that we have never seen before”. It was a great advance in the world of filming, and has inspired many of today’s new films. + First of all, a little summary about this film. This film outlines the yearly journey of the emperor penguins of Antarctica . The penguins abandon their home and march through tough conditions that include strong winds and blizzards. The directors went through some of the most punishing environment in the South Pole to film this yearly event done by the brave warriors. The penguins travel this journey every year in order to find a mate and create a child. For humans it is fairly
