FIVE PILLARS OF ISLAM 2 Five Pillars of Islam Islam Religion is similar to Christianity they believe that God is the only God. Allah is God’s name, which translates into “AL” equals “the”, and “llah” equals “God”. They believe that God created man with free will to worship him and him alone. If we look at some scriptures, we can see that Islam, Judaism, and Christianity are the same religion. The Qur’an: "You shall know that: "There is no other god beside God" (Surah 47:19) The New Testament: "You shall worship the Lord your God. And him only you shall serve" (Luke 4:8) The Old Testament: "You shall have no other gods besides me" (Exodus 20:3) I read some of the Quran, However due to the poor translation it was hard for to follow some of the scriptures. The five pillars of Islam are as follows: Belief and witness : This pillar is to acknowledge God as the true one God and that Muhammad
