NOTE: The due date for submission of this report is by end of the day on FRIDAY,
March 2

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES VERY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETION OF THIS ASSIGNMENT.
1.
Be sure that your 7 days are checked off in your MyDietAnalysis (MDA) tracking.
2.
Select the “REPORTS” tab at the top of the MDA screen.
3.
Select the “SINGLE NUTRIENT” tab on the left side of your MDA screen.
4.
Select “DIETARY FIBER” from the menu at the top of the report just below where your
days are checked off.
5.
Click Show Report. Once the report is generated, save this report as a PDF FILE from the
MDA program to your computer. Alternatively, you can highlight and paste the MDA
Report into your Word document.
