Define diversity. Consider what diversity brings to the organization where you work. Be specific and share what value diversity adds to the workaday experience. Can diversity increase the market potential of the firm? If so, how? Can diversity decrease market potential of the firm? If so, how? Add to your discussion the potential strategies your organization could organize to increase the success of staff diversity and what advantages and limitations may result. Strategies are very specific please ensure to show the kind of expected benefit from the strategies that you want to employ. According to The American Heritage, diversity is “the fact or quality of being diverse; difference; or “a point or respect in which things differ.”(2007). in life we are all different or unique and have different point of views. Having diversity in the work place makes a big difference, because of the fact that we all are different. When there is diversity in the workplace one can get different ideas and opinions which can help the business succeed. For instance, a business that has a great amount of diversity is the Board of Education. In this business you will find individuals who speak English
