Last year a couple of coworkers and I decided to test the HCG (Human Chronic Gonadotropin) diet. Because we were tired of trying different types of diet program. So we decided to test the theory of HCG diet drops to see if it would help us. We researched further information about the HCG diet and the first days you have to gorge on fatty foods after the third day you have to follow a strict 500 calorie/day diet. When my coworkers and I began the HCG diet we all started the same day we were each other support system. The first three days was very difficult because we had to gorge on fatty food, anything fried or heavy. The first week was very hard as our body was not used to only consuming 500 calories a day. After the first week we noticed that only consuming 500 calories a day wasn’t as hard as we assumed. However we did start noticing certain side effects some noticed constant diarrhea, headaches, mood swings, and anxiety. We completed the 21 day diet and lost between 25 to 30 lbs.
