Should career development be the responsibility of company or the employee? There are many answers for this question. However, in my opinion, career development is responsibility of both company as well as the employee. The company must commit to ensuring the health and safety of their employees and they must have rigorous procedures in place to monitor and maintain the highest standards in the workplace. The company must prevent accidents and promote good health and safety by developing a health and safety culture within the company. In addition to protecting individuals from accidents and industrial processes that cause ill health, the company must proactive in the management of wellbeing and reducing workplace stress. Besides, the company should creative opportunities for their employees join some courses to the employees promote their level.
