Student Number: 06071174 THE RETURNING HOME In the past few years, overseas posting has become an increasingly trend all over the world. Actually, this is a good opportunity for talented people, who want to find a suitable job and show all their own abilities. However, it also cause expatriates get lots of difficulties when they come back. So, there are some problems ones might face and suggestions to minimize these problems. First, the common problem expatriates may get when returning home is that they have to get used to the living and working environment in their own country again. In reality, having lived long time overseas in a new, modern, clean country with good security, expatriates are likely to find it accustom to a poorer life. This is especially true for Vietnam. With the poor infrastructure, a low quality education, people will have difficulty finding out accommodation for their family, which is suitable with a stable salary level or schools which are suitable for their children to make friend and get used to new studying environment. Moreover, Vietnam is seemed to be an unstable and not safe enough in the political and laws system. Therefore, there is nothing to ensure that expatriates can do a job in the best conditions; their family or their children can live and study in an environment,
