Difficulties! Firstly, two companies may not give common ideas about their term. They will complete about functions which will take control…and have different structure company. After the deal, both of them need to change their structure which they have fixed a long time. This is necessary to have a good structure system. Thus it causes some argument. New system can keep main sections and get the sack some unnecessary sections. This causes employees of both companies unsatisfied. So protests may be raised against measure. Secondly, difficulties are hard to avoid when merged companies come from different cultures. Before, they are getting used to the way of working in old corporation. Now, they must change it to suit with the new system. This makes employees in both companies feel uncomfortable and efficiencies of working are not good. Thus this merger is likely to fail. For example, the failure after the deal of two companies: Andersen and Ernst & Young Moscow is a typical. When Andersen was in trouble, it merged to Ernst & Young Moscow of Big Five in Moscow. Employees of Andersen tried their best to work in a new environment. It really difficult to them.
