DELTA AIRLINES TECHNOLOGICAL STRATEGIES 2 I believe that for Delta Airlines to expand domestically it internalize its technology strategies. The reason I say this is because I find that it would be much easier for the company to regulate its business and expand successfully. It is much easier for someone to make a corporate decision based on an environment or community that they have been around for years or at least know local government regulations and etc. Delta Airlines would benefit in internalizing since their main corporate headquarters is in Atlanta, Georgia. For global expansion I believe that the best technological strategy would be to externalize. The reason I say this is because merging with a global company to expand services and products. This can eliminate any hustle with getting to know government regulations and can
