Upstream Component (sourcing/procurement) Internal Component (packing/assembly manufacturing) Downstream Component (distribution) Hewlett-Packard is the main supplier that Warner Bothers uses. Sourcing and procurement are made from external suppliers. Hewlett-Packard gave Warner Brothers a digital media platform that is complete with hardware software and services. Hewlett-Packard designed and developed a high performance storage package for Warner Brothers which allows Warner to manipulate the high speed demands of their customers. Packing, assembly, and manufacturing all take place in the same environment in this type of supply chain. All production of Warner is available in both film and digital versions.
