"We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ's, dance space and refreshments that suit  your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club  IT." (Rainer, 2008). This is the mission statement for Club IT. After working for Ruben and Lisa  as an intern the last few months, I have learned much about Club IT’s resources, customers, and  supply chain.  I have identified a few areas in which the business can improve to gain a  competitive edge and ensure their business is a success and will present some solutions to solve  these problems. Not to mention, just from reading the mission statement, we can automatically  determine that Club IT is looking for new clientele for their club that will return every week. One thing Club IT could do is to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP)  system, including a customer relation management system (CRS) and a supply chain  management (SCM) system.  ERP system is a process to consolidate all of a company’s  departments and functions into a single computer system that services each department’s specific  share information.  The CRS would help the club use technology and human resources to gain  insight into the behavior of customers.  The business cannot meet the needs and desires of the
