Email To: Store Managers From: Jennifer O’Neal Date: May 16, 2011 Subject: Changes in Store Hours Greetings Ladies and Gentleman, This is to inform you that beginning immediately the clothing stores will now be closed on Sundays. With the rising gas prices, and our efforts to save money on store operations, we will now be offering employees to work fewer days throughout the week. Monday through Saturday all of our clothing stores will be opening one hour later and closing one hour earlier; this will also take effect immediately. Full-time

Part-time employees will consolidate their hours into one, two, or three days a week; this will depend on the number of hours worked in the week.
