Answer Progressive insurance paid for each commercial to be created. I could not detect a slant conveyed through this commercial. Progressive wants people to buy their insurance and is conveying that no matter who you are or what you do, that their insurance is right for you. They even use the phrase “if you like to save money, then Progressive is right for you” and who doesn’t like to save money. They are saying that Progressive insurance is right for everyone. I believe that it is credible. Progressive is a very large and popular insurance company and its insurance covers many people. P Answer No, CNN is a very well-known and trusted news company. CNN has been around for many years and is one of if not the most popular and trusted news broadcasting company around the world. Rudy Guiliani was being interviewed for this clip. He is talking about the tragedies of 9/11 and is speaking of the citizens of New York and

P Answer The ad makes the claim that no matter who you are or where you come from or what you do, Progressive has the insurance that you need. The only fear I can think of is the fear of not having insurance and being in an accident that is your fault. (That is pretty scary). Their spokeswoman is very comical and makes you want to watch their commercial to find out what funny thing she will do or say next. In the commercial it shows many different people from many walks of life to show you that Progressive insurance is right for everyone. I would not purchase their insurance just for the commercial. I would have to research and compare it to other companies....
