The author does not use rhetorical devices in his work, it is mainly facts and opinion. 6 Identify and name any fallacies used by the author. If none exist, explain how you determined this. He does not use fallacy. This article is all about his opinion and facts that he found to support his opinions and reasonings. 7 State one argument made by the author. That abortion is moral. 8 Identify the premises and conclusion of the argument. The unborn child does not have human rights, he claims that it is a potential person, and that abortion is not murder.
