Opportunities and threats have been identified through an external analysis of the company. They include: platform provider, 75% of US has access to internet, and limited portal powers. Google has had a sustained competitive advantage. Our group predicts it can remain the leader by teaming up with other search engines or finding other sources of revenue. Introduction (KE) Google Inc. is a multinational public cloud computing, internet search, and advertising technologies corporation. Google has become a revolutionizing company with incredible growth in the last eleven years. Google’s headquarters are located in Mountain View, California. Google’s has over 20,000 employees worldwide (Google Management). Google has twenty different locations in the United States. Google operates in many countries including Australia and China Google Inc. created "Google” a unique search engine that allows its users to find information quickly and in many different languages. Google created and designed applications allowing users to view videos, maps, patents, news and images. Google is currently the world’s largest search engine. The company forecasts extraordinary projects for the near future. Google runs over one million servers in data centers around the world (Company Overview). The company processes over one billion search requests and twenty petabytes of user-generated data every day (Company Overview). Google is constantly searching for and designing new product to provide its users with more innovative search features. The company has a host of applications that it has added to its roster of services to its users. These newer features include: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Google Chrome and Android. Android is an operating system found on many mobile devices. The company values its
