Affirmative Action Affirmative Action Policy Implementation Affirmative action is a way for us a as a company to improve and send out company forward. Using these tools properly they can help us create a more diverse workplace and encourage the company to hire a more well rounded staff that will help our company grow. The people that will be selected for these positions and hired through the affirmative action policy will be hired based on their experience and know how and not based meeting a racial quota making them then right person for the job whether they be black, white, Asian, Mexican, or any other ethnicity. Creating a more diverse workplace also allows our current employees along with new employees to interact and learn about people from other cultures, thus creating the blended work environment we are striving to achieve. These policies once set forth will also allow us as a company to train minorities that are already employed with us for a higher position within the company which will promote a security for employees and also allow them to set their goal higher within our company realizing that here is no glass ceiling to hit.
