Cells release bradykinin and histamine causing vasodilation widening the incoming tiny arterial capillary blood vessels. 3 rd The fluid affecting the surrounding blood vessels causes the release of other cells into the tissue. Chemataxis causes inflammatory exudate, white cells, antibodies, fibrinogen, and neutrophils to collect along the endothelium. 4
