This way it allows JVA Corp. to cut or increase pay every six months, and review its bottom line. Employees can also benefit by having the opportunity to earn pay raises potentially twice a year, rather than the typical annual reviews. Impact to JVA Corp.: 1. The changes will be under review for two years. After the two years, the parties at hand will gather and decide whether or not the newly proposed planned was a financial success. 3. The only way to know whether JVA Corp. benefited financially from such plan would be after reviewing and comparing the previous two years’ data in comparison to the new two years’ data. 5. JVA Corp’s Human Resources Department will be liable for twice the amount of necessary annual paper work to meet with the new proposal of reviewing performance and revenue. However, JVA Corp. will benefit from having employees that know they are being reviewed
