When it comes to the most popular type of private plan, it is the Preferred Providers Organization (PPO) then the next most popular one is the Health Maintence Organization (HMO). When it comes to being able for an employee to choose their health plan, not too many of them choose an indemnity plan because due to the fact that it would cost them more. Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHP) these are plans that combine two things which are a high deductible health plan with a funding type of some kind. These plans are starting to become very popular when it comes to not only employees but their employers as well. Here is a few main features of the nine following items. PO- Pay an annual premium and a deductible, they pay a co-payment at each visit and patients can see an out-of-network provider without permission but the co- payment may be higher. Everything is covered under your insurance but it is your respocibilty to pay the
