Teacher’s Background Information Program 6: Comparing Freshwater and Marine Plankton During this program we will see what plankton from freshwater environments looks like and discover if they are different from marine groups. We will observe any unique adaptations for life in freshwater and close the series with an interactive Plankton Quiz with the distant classrooms. Freshwater plankton samples have been provided by the Great Lakes Research Center via Dr. Russell Cuhel.
