Please do not leave items in the apartment. Once you have moved out of your apartment, you will need to stop by the office to turn in keys, clickers, and parking permits into your designated move-out envelope. We are only accepting one envelope per lease, so if you are on a conventional (shared) lease, all roommates will submit their keys, clickers, and parking permits into one envelope. If you are not in Austin, and need to mail keys into the office, please download and complete a ‘Move-Out By Mail’ Form from blockmove.com before you mail your items. You will need to include this supplmental form along with your keys, remote clicker, and parking permit. Without this form, we will be unable to match your keys to your designated move-out envelope, which can result in lost key fees. Missing keys will be assessed a $l5/key charge, permits will be $ | 5/permit and clickers will be $85/clicker. *Keys will not be accepted after the lease end date and will result in lost key charges, as well as applicable holdover fees. TRASH Please DO NOT leave trash in the hallways, in the elevator, jammed in the trash chute, in the lobby, on the roof, or anywhere else that it does not belong. Any disregard to this request will result in charges to your account. Please do not throw large items such as couches, mattresses, etc. in the trash chute room. There will be large roll-off cans placed near each building for disposal of large items. Rather than throwing unwanted items in the trash, consider donating them to organizations such as Goodwill or The Salvation Army! Any trash left in the apartment will be charged per item. TQWIIG will be in effect through move-out. Please do not park in the garage without a permit. If you are using a vehicle other than your own to move, simply remove your static cling permit and place it on the new vehicle. Do not park in someone else’s parking space, or in a no parking area, because you will be towed. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
