4 Step Control Process 2 Noticing problems within time sheets is not an easy task. One particular day is the Manager’s nightmare. This day is when they decide how to list the schedule. Sometimes a schedule is changed, rather or not the manager knows about it. Situation with this everyone’s hours get changed or either cut. How can Jenny apply the four step control process outlined in the text to address this problem? 1. Step 1: Setting performance standards. Goals are always meant to be met, especially within the business world. These include profitability, innovation, satisfaction of customers, and employees.
