Miller Project Management Essay Questions Question 1: In my opinion, the Huntsville Project will be ready by the June 30 th deadline. The fact is that the project is well organized. However, the first thing that I feel can prevent the project from its completion date is weather. Huntsville is the most northern city in Alabama, this city experience both tropical heat and winter coldness. To make up for up and down weather patterns and employees (construction workers) that may could fall ill; the project manager should over hire by at least twenty and manage hours with the construction worker to keep budget in place. In addition, one must make sure that all city permits are ready and those materials are readily available if materials aren’t ready this could and will hurt the project and possibly push the completion date back further. The one thing that the project managers have on his/ her side will be positive float or slack time. If the project is running on all fours and everything is available the project manager
