Personality testing is to see what intelligence level a person is at since each person has his or her own personality. The test can be given as a group or just to one person. Personality develops when a person is an infant through adulthood. When that person becomes an adult, the personality can change in any direction. This test could give a good result if that person tells the truth. Personality test is divided up into four main theories. The psychodynamic is a behavior test that test at a person individual level. This test effects that a person behavior as they are growing up certain events may affected that person through adulthood. This method had been criticized because this is based on retrospective of people who went and got treatment rather a person who did not went and got help. This test does not seem like it is either more or less effective than the other theories. Humanistic theories are a person who concentrates what is happening now instead
