Human Resource Management Education program of 2010 candidates for master's degrees in School of Labor and Human Resource 1 For subjects Human Resource Management Study for 2 years )( Disciplines: Management Primary discipline Business Administration 1 Training Objectives The aim is to train senior personnel of Human Resource Management for enterprises, party and government organs and institutions. 3 Research Direction The first research direction Human Resources Development and Management The second research direction Organizational Behaviors 4 Curriculum and credit requirements more is to be found in appendix During the period of pursuing a master's degree, students are required to have at least 31 credits total degree credits, which contains not less than 26 credits for compulsory courses; no less than four credits for elective courses; one credit for social practice. Compulsory courses include general courses, methods courses, discipline-based courses and major courses. Either interdisciplinary candidates or those with equivalent level of learning ability and knowledge are required to complete two prerequisite during the phase of the undergraduate. 5 social practice (Count one credit) In order to combine theory with practice Students are required to do social practice (investigation), business internships, etc which should be under the guidance of instructors, as well as combined with the characteristics of the profession. The time and plan of the social practice (Investigation) depends on the requirements and arrangements of the instructors. During the internship period, postgraduate students must comply with both the school discipline and Internships regulations. 6 Dissertation Writing During their studies, the students should complete the course papers and dissertations, which counts non-credit. Masters are required to complete the dissertation writing within a specified time. Those who obtain the required credits and pass examinations can enter the stage of dissertation writing. Dissertation subject and research content is closely related to the professional. Before writing dissertation, the masters submit the opening report to Teaching and Research Office to verify the theoretical and practical
