Club IT, Part Two 2 Club IT, Part Two Club IT is currently looking to upgrade their current information technology systems to improve on the capabilities of the venue. Though there are many areas of the Club IT that requires improvement in the information technology the current budget only allows changes to be made to three specific problem areas. With the current use of the information technology systems Club IT would benefit from incorporating enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and supply chain management (SCM) software (Rainer & Turban, 2008). ERP systems The current information technology (IT) systems of Club IT fail to integrate with one another. When a t-shirt sale is made the inventory count is not immediately reduced. Functions in the retail department should travel through IT to have the inventory update immediately. Aside from retail, there are other areas of Club IT that would benefit from the integration into one easy to follow ERP software program. These areas include finance and accounting, sales and marketing, production, and human resources. Club IT should address this problem through investing in an ERP software program such as the SAP ECC 6.0 (ERP Central Component). Implementing an ERP program into the
