Hello, I have not really used any biological factors to decide my health. I probably should I am overweight and have been for 5 years. My mom’s side of the family has diabetes and my mom had a heart attack and was diagnosed with diabetes. I do not know my dad’s side of the family. I am borderline diabetic so; I have made a few changes recently. I have a problem with sweets. I absolutely love them. I now do not bring anything into the house that is sweet it I avoid temptation then I am less likely to fail. I did make a decision to have a cyst removed from my breast even though it was benign. I thought it would be best for my anxiety and allow me some relief. I go back often for checkups

I don’t smoke or drink since my ex drank frequently with high blood pressure. This led to his death on Christmas day 07, a massive heart attack at age 37. Social drinking is one thing that keeps me grounded. I think it can eventually get out of hand. I also do not compare my body to others just because, what is healthy for one person is not necessarily healthy for me. It can cause more harm than could to compare yourself with others so, this is another social thing I avoid....
