2 August 18, 2006 slide 3 QA Group s A QA group should be formed independent of ERP project implementation team Ensures objectivity s The purpose of QA Group activities is to ensure the product quality is improved by following the practices as defined by the standard process s QA Team verifies the quality and compliance of all deliverables August 18, 2006 slide 4 Project Quality Management Processes s Quality planning : identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and how to satisfy them s Quality assurance : evaluating overall project performance to ensure the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards s Quality control : monitoring specific project results to ensure that they comply with the relevant quality standards while identifying ways to improve overall quality
