Would I be better off if I did not eat this? These are questions I ask myself when I look at food labels. First, we need to make smart choices about eating the right amounts from every food group. We need to learn to balance out what we need to consume. This helps in developing a healthy diet. Next, we need to find balance between, eating and exercise, or physical activity. We should maintain 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Strenuous activity, such as running or jogging is not necessary. As long as we keep active and keep the heart pumping....
