Unformatted text preview: Single Converged Call Manager Cluster for both PSTN and VOIP Voice Network This document outlines the design and configuration of a single converged Call-Manager cluster to handle both PSTN and VOIP voice calls using Multi-line IP-Phones, and also explains how the logical separation can be achieved between the PSTN and VOIP voice networks. However, under no circumstances there will be an interconnection between these two voice networks. Design Overview:- The Call-Manager cluster will be configured to register the IP-Phones with two DN (Directory Numbers), where each of the DN is configured to be in different Partition and Calling Search Space. This will enable us to use a single IP-Phone for both PSTN and VOIP voice networks. We will be configuring separate Partitions, Calling Search Spaces, Gateways , Route Patterns, Media Resources and IP-Phone DN as mentioned below to ensure that the logical seperation between the PSTN and VOIP voice networks are achieved....
