IV. MARKET DEVELOPMENT 1. Identify the new market segments you intend to enter: Student at University need a simple and cheap car. I have a dream that every student in University has a Toyota car. In my opinion Avansa or Vios is affordable; however it is better if Toyota can develop a new model which is cheaper than those two models. Why I gave that segment, because the number of full-time students gaining places every year at different Universities in the world is a quite big number. For instance, at UK universities in 2007 student enrollment rose to a record 413,430. The number of student enrollment might be bigger in another country. 2.
