base. Costco was the first store to ever reach over one billion in sales. Costco has merged with Price Club on over two hundred and six locations worldwide. Since then the company has total in over seventy-one billion in sales, 2008. An average store was about one hundred and thirty million which was higher than its revival Sam’s Club. Identification of Problems/Issues: Costco does not have as many members as Sam’s Club and also does not have as many stores. Costco does not provide print shops to every store, which could be a huge advantage over Sam’s Club Recommendations: I would recommend Costco to become more competitive with Sam’s Club by offering better deals and providing more print shops.
