Yes, I do believe that Toyota has succeeded because of its oriented-team culture. When you find a CEO that is willing to step back and not take glory for the companys accomplishments that speaks for itself. I believe I would be comfortable working in their culture at Toyota, because I am not the kind of person that has to have the spotlight, I blend in well and I am easily instructed to work with others and alone.
