Week Four Concept Check  The Line x=4 is a vertical line because on a graph there are 4 quadrants. Each  quadrants has the x and y axis. The x and y axes are perpendicular. The x horizontal and the y  axis are vertical. In the problem x=4 when you have to plot a point you need coordinates (x,y),  the following problem is saying (4,?) no matter what the value of y is x is always 4. The value for
