Teacher Interview Questionnaire In your first years of instruction, what were some of the things you considered in setting up your learning environment and how was it student focused? What steps did you take to ensure you maximized instruction time in the classroom? How did you encourage parental involvement and how did you reach out to those who were reluctant to participate? How did you handle behavior issues in the classroom and how did the children and parents respond to it? How does the way you handle the classroom now differ from earlier experiences and what brought about the change? Based on your experience, are there differences in the learning styles of students in your first years of teaching and now, and what are they? When planning learning activities for your students, what are the most important factors and is it effective for the children? Do you feel the students are motivated to learn, and what are you doing to ensure they are and stay that way? How is technology being incorporated into your learning
