This new business idea has the ability to draw more clients and produce greater revenue. BackgroundWe are living in a world where technology has become our right hand. Our society has improved many things that were not possible twenty years ago, one of the most popular: online shopping. There are many advantages of shopping through the internet. For retailers, it is a way to increase the gross profit, because they do not need to rent space for a store, they are saving money in licenses, payroll, utilities, transportation, merchandising and so on. The business can expand because there is no limit in the number of customers at a specific location, so there are nogeographical limitations either. There is also no time limit, not every store is open 24 hours.For customers, they can save time on physically going to the stores; better deals can be found online, and it is also a better way to compare prices and save money. There are people withdisabilities that prefer to stay home than go to a store, especially most of the times when they do not have anyone else to do it for them. It makes sense why online shopping has become so popular.ProblemsOnline shopping can offer a variety of products and services that may be suitable for many consumers, however, this can continue to be a disadvantage for customers who prefer to physically test the product by visiting a store. Most buyers would want to wear the glasses for a couple of days and see whether they feel comfortable with the product before making the purchase. Also, if the seller does not provide for the shipping, returns, and exchange expenses, the customer will most likely look for another company to purchase from.
