Politically Incorrect
2
Introduction
Companies have sought numerous avenues in order to motivate employees to work,
perform at high levels of satisfaction, and to prevent high turnover rates. So much so that
companies have implemented things like hiring bonuses, student loan payoff, and excellent
comprehensive benefits packages. Some companies use these gestures of positive reinforcement,
as well as other companies implementing negative reinforcement for low performing individuals.
Many of these tools are being implemented in order to motivate persons to perform for these
companies as well as other theories created and concepts. These theories and concepts have been
orchestrated in order to address the organizational behavioral concerns surrounding motivation.
All of these perks are band-aids at best but does not get to the root of the motivational problem,
which is disengagement.
At the heart of the organization are the employees that drive it and a company is only as strong as
their weakest employee. Weak versus strong in this situation is the same as disengaged and
engaged. An engaged employee is a strong employee, meaning they are satisfied with their job,
absenteeism is minimal, and productivity is high. In contrast, a disengaged employee displays the
opposite traits. Using Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory, this proposal will explain why the offered
benefits will satisfy motivational factors as well as describe and provide necessary hygiene
factors to reach a level of self-actualization. By first offering the foreground on the organization
of Politically Incorrect, comparing the company’s benefits package to three other similar jobs,
this proposal will explain how to keep employees engaged by offering desirable factors
appreciated by the employees.

Also, Politically Incorrect’s mission is to revamp the United States Constitution and reestablish
