I. Statement of the Problem a. What is the model of organizational behavior Butterfield used  and the kind of organizational climate he created? b. Why   did   the   productivity   dropped   when   Butterfield   left   the  Houston plant? c. What  would   be   the   best   solution  for  the  problem  emerging  inside the company? II. Objectives a. To be able to know the alternative courses of action. b. To be able to do the procedures needed for the attainment of  the goal of the organization. c. To be able to determine whether the model that the company is  using is the most appropriated one and remain flexible in their  use of alternative and emerging models.
