ROWE Program 4 ROWE Program at Best Buy The ROWE program was established in 2003. ROWE which means the Results-Only Work Environment program was an option selected by Best Buy when they decide not to participate in a work-life balance program for their employees. The idea of the ROWE program is a management strategy where large companies like Best Buy can pay their employees for results. ROWE is considered a radical new way of working that focuses on results instead of face time. The ROWE program encourages telecommunication and offers employees to have complete flexibility and control over their schedules. The employees can do what they want, when they want. The company is not concerned with when or where the work gets done, as long as it gets done. (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2011).

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
