Communication Plan Our group will use both written and oral communication to organize and execute the presentation and final group report. Phone numbers and email addresses were emailed to the group by the appointed leader before the first meeting. Email will be used to: Share documents among group members Explain reason of absence to a meeting Phone calls will be used to: Locate member if he or she fails to notify group of absence or late arrival Ask questions that can be answered quickly Text messages will be used to: Remind members about the day’s meeting Notify late arrival Telephone communication will be the primary source of communication because it is a quick way to obtain answers from members. It is efficient when working on individual research and to notify group members about any conflicts. Expected response will depend on the type of communication. A voicemail regarding a question or concern will be left if group member wasn’t able to answer phone call. A response to emails
