Handing out material prior to the presentation may distract the audience from the information you are presenting, this is why it is important to hand 8/18/11 Handling Questions from the audience v Always listen to the whole question v Respond to the question asked v Give credit to the person that asked the question v Make sure to pause between answers 8/18/11 Conclusion v If you follow the steps in this presentation that I have mentioned you will have a great presentation. v Always remember to stop and breathe as you may be nervous, if you take your time you will do just fine....
