To determine if the tribes will receive the extra money the government will use the percentage of inflation and the per capita income rate of the population of the whole United States. In my opinion, the government should base this increase on the inflation rate and per capital income rate of Native Americans. I believe this is the only way for the government to correct the damage done by years of broken promises....
